Maintaining a healthy life style, as a full time college student living on campus, is no easy task.  It takes perseverance, focus and creativity! Eating healthy can be a challenge at school but I'm determined to have a balanced diet even if that means cooking it myself.




In addition to my full work load, I am a dedicated Crossfit athlete and try to work out 7 days a week.  It's not always easy to get to the gym so I would like to share a few workouts that you can do at home or college campus to keep you fit.
